The awarded research projects will be performed using the Maxpar® Human Immuno-Oncology IMC™ Panel Kit (18-plex) with segmentation markers and for imaging on the Hyperion™ Imaging System, located at the SIgN CyTOF® Platform Facility.
The Maxpar Human Immuno-Oncology IMC Panel Kit (PN 201508) enables interrogation of the tumor microenvironment including activated tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections using 18-plex Imaging Mass Cytometry™. This panel kit includes 17 pathologist-verified antibodies and a nucleic acid stain. The kit combines the Maxpar Human Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes IMC Panel Kit (PN 201506), Maxpar Human Immune Activation IMC Panel Kit (PN 201503) and Maxpar Human Tissue Architecture IMC Panel Kit (PN 201507).
