Human Cell Signaling IMC Panel, 7 Antibodies
The Human Cell Signaling IMC Panel, 7 Antibodies (201522) provides essential markers for the identification and study of key signaling pathways in human cells. This panel includes 7 pathologist-verified antibodies that target EGFR, pSMAD, GSK3β, p-tyrosine, YAP1, pMAPK (ERK1/2) and PTEN, enabling the assessment of EGFR signaling, TGF-β, Wnt, Hippo signaling, MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways. Maxpar Neuro Phenotyping IMC Panel Kit
The Maxpar Neuro Phenotyping IMC™ Panel Kit is a seven-marker kit that includes validated human and mouse reactive antibodies against Iba1, GFAP, NeuN, S100β, MAP2, CD34 and Olig2. The markers serve to identify major cell types such as neurons, astrocytes, microglia, oligodendrocytes and endothelial cells and their functional state in the central nervous system (CNS).
